Is there Bhagavad Gita recitation at Hansi Gita Bhawan?
Yes, and it is written into the Deed. Clause 3(b) directs that the buildings and property of the Trust be used for prayers, bhajans and other religious performances including recitation of the Gita, Chandi, Ramayana and Mahabharata. Satsang at the Bhawan is open to everyone and is not charged for, and no invitation is needed.

What it asks for
The buildings exist to be used, and the Deed says what for.
This is the clause that turns a building into a Bhawan. It lists four texts by name — the Gita, the Chandi, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata — and it puts bhajan and religious festivals in the same sentence as recitation, which tells you what kind of place the founders had in mind. Not a reading room. A hall with people in it.
Satsang and bhajan are held regularly, with Gita path and discourse, and bhog and prasad shared afterwards with everyone present. The Chandi, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata are read as the Deed provides.
