Trustee dharma
Six commitments, in this order.
These bind every trustee, and every generation of trustees, of Hansi Gita Bhawan.
No individual, family, donor, trustee or generation shall become greater than the purpose of Hansi Gita Bhawan.
कोई व्यक्ति, परिवार, दाता, न्यासी या पीढ़ी हांसी गीता भवन के उद्देश्य से कभी बड़ी नहीं होगी।
Our youth ideal
The generation we seek to nurture.
We seek a generation that is ambitious but not consumed by ambition; successful but not arrogant; modern but not severed from spiritual roots; strong but compassionate; questioning yet capable of shraddha; knowledgeable yet humble; devotional and therefore inclined towards Seva; capable of leadership beginning with leadership over oneself.
हम ऐसी युवा पीढ़ी का निर्माण करना चाहते हैं जो सामर्थ्यवान हो, पर संवेदनहीन नहीं; जो आधुनिक हो, पर अपनी आध्यात्मिक जड़ों से विमुख नहीं; जो प्रश्न करे, पर श्रद्धा भी रखे; और जो अपनी प्रगति को केवल व्यक्तिगत उपलब्धि नहीं, लोककल्याण का माध्यम माने।
The purpose is not to withdraw young people from the world. It is to prepare them to enter the world with Dharma.

Shri Krishna is the spiritual centre; the Gita transmits His teaching. Knowledge must mature into discernment; discernment must reveal Dharma; Dharma must guide action; and action must flower as Seva and Lokasangraha — the welfare and stability of society.
कर्मणैव हि संसिद्धिमास्थिता जनकादयः।
लोकसंग्रहमेवापि सम्पश्यन्कर्तुमर्हसि॥
Seva
Not separate from spiritual life.
Education, Annadaan, mentorship, preservation of knowledge and support for those in need are not separate from spiritual life. Properly undertaken, they are expressions of it.
सेवा में करुणा हो। सम्मान हो। अहंकार नहीं। सेवा पाने वाला, सेवा देने वाले से छोटा नहीं होता।
